Maar zij blijft vechten voor respect voor Palestijnen en Palestina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katherine Rose Halper is een com\u00e9dienne, schrijfster, filmmaker, podcaster en politiek commentator. Ze is de presentatrice van de podcast <strong>The Katie Halper Show<\/strong> en co-host van de podcast <strong>Useful Idiots<\/strong> met Aaron Mat\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Halper werd geboren in New York City en groeide op aan Riverside Drive in de Upper West Side van Manhattan. Ze studeerde af aan de Dalton School en aan de Wesleyan University in 2003. Ze is van Asjkenazische Joodse afkomst en heeft zichzelf beschreven als een seculiere Joodse. Haar vader is psychiater en haar moeder is een Engelse professor en romanschrijfster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadat zij afstudeerde werkte Halper als ontwikkelingsdirecteur voor het Downtown Community Television Center (DCTV), een non-profit media-educatiecentrum en documentaireproductiehuis. Ze co\u00f6rdineerde ook campagnes voor een leefbaar loon en arbeid in New York City en Florida.
